Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lousy Ink. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your items.

To initiate a return, please email us at lousyink@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll then provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement item to you as soon as possible.
